This Program can be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS40218" as the Part number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The K50 Relay can be repositioned with two 1539411 Washers to avoid contact with other electrical components on the circuit board in the central electric unit.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.

Switch off main battery disconnect and remove the lever.
Remove relay K50 from the central electric circuit board by loosening both Allen screws (A).
Hole (B) is located above the relay mounting nut in the circuit board. Fill the hole (if it exists) with silicone.
Install the two 1539411 Washers between the circuit board and the relay base and tighten the Allen screws to 2.5 N m.
Assemble the machine and test.
