Remove the ripper cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device to ripper carriage (1). The weight of ripper carriage (1) is approximately 469 kg (1035 lb).
Raise ripper carriage (1) and position Tooling (A) under the ripper frame. Lower ripper carriage (1).

Use two people to reposition bar assembly (2). The weight of the bar assembly (2) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb). Remove pin (3) and reposition bar assembly (2). Repeat for the opposite side.
Secure bar assemblies (2).

Attach a suitable lifting device to ripper carriage (1). The weight of ripper carriage (1) is approximately 469 kg (1035 lb). Remove pins (4) and ripper carriage (1).Installation Procedure
Install ripper carriage (1) in the reverse order of removal.
