Introduction
The proportional reducing valve for the power shift pressure is located on the main pump housing. The proportional reducing valve sends the reduced pilot oil pressure to the regulators at the front pump and the rear pump. The output flow of the rear pump and the front pump is controlled in accordance with the power shift pressure. Power shift pressure is controlled by the machine ECM.Preliminary Test

Position the machine on level ground.
Stop the engine.
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "System Pressure - Release".

Pump compartment
(1) Pressure tap (delivery pressure for front pump 1)
(2) Pressure tap (delivery pressure for rear pump 2)
(3) Pressure tap (power shift pressure)
(4) Pressure tap (front pump 1 negative flow)
(5) Pressure tap (rear pump 2 negative flow)
Connect a 3447 kPa (500 psi) pressure sensor to the pressure tap for power shift pressure. Calibration Procedure
Monitor Procedure
Start the engine.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° 5°C (131° 9°F).
Enter the "Service" Menu.
Enter service password "9992".
Select the "Calibration" Menu.
Select "Power Shift Pressure".
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the calibration procedure.
If calibration was successful and no errors occurred, the display will indicate that the calibration is complete. Note: The "Error" screen will be displayed on the monitor if an error occurs. The process of calibration will not be saved and the process must be restarted.ET Procedure

Select the ECM for "Machine Control".
Select "Calibrations" from the "Service" menu.
Select "PRV - Power Shift Pressure" and click the "Start" button.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the calibration procedure. Click "Next" button to continue through to the next step.
If calibration was successful and no errors occurred, the display will indicate that the calibration is complete. Click the finish button to exit or move on to the next calibration. Note: If the calibration failed, the calibration is not saved. Click the "Restart" button to try the calibration again or click the "Finish" button to exit or move on to the next calibration.
