Install support assembly (20) and bolts (19).

Install support assembly (18) and bolts (17).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling system package (15). The weight of cooling system package (15) is approximately 103 kg (227 lb).
Install cooling system package (15), bolts (16), and bolts (14).

Connect hose (13).

Install bolts (12) and bolts (11).

Install radiator tank (8) and bolts (9). Connect hoses (10) and (7). If disconnected, tighten the elbow for hose (10) to a torque of 41 3 N m (30 2 lb ft).

Install plate assembly (6).

Raise shroud (5) and install bolts (4).
