Remove Expansion Tank
1. Drain the jacket water cooling system. 2. Remove the expansion tank overflow line (1). 3. Disconnect the vent line (2) from the expansion tank.4. Disconnect expansion tank water inlet line. 5. Remove the water outlet line-to-expansion tank mounting bolts (3).6. Remove the two brace-to-tank mounting bolts.7. Remove the bottom support-to-tank mounting bolts (4).8. Attach a hoist and remove the expansion tank - weight 130 lbs. (59 kg).Install Expansion Tank
1. Attach a hoist and position the expansion tank on engine. Install the bottom support-to-tank mounting bolts.2. Install the two brace-to-tank mounting bolts.3. Connect the water inlet line and water outlet line to the tank.4. Connect the vent line to tank. Install the overflow line.5. Fill the jacket water cooling system.
