start by:a) remove drive axles 1. Remove the bolts (1) that hold the final drive carrier to the wheel assembly. 2. Install two 1/2"-13 NC forcing screws (2) in the final drive. 3. Fasten tool (A) and a hoist to the final drive as shown. Use the forcing screws to push the final drive away from the wheel assembly. Remove final drive (3). The weight of the final drive is 90 lb. (41 kg).Install Final Drives
1. Fasten tool (A) and a hoist to final drive (1). Put final drive in position on the wheel assembly and install the bolts that hold it.2. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 200 20 lb.ft. (270 25 N m).end by:a) install drive axlesDisassemble Final Drives

1. Install two bearings in each gear. 2. Install washers (1) and (2) on the gears. Install steel washers (2) next to the gear and bronze washer (1) between the carrier and steel washers. 3. Install shafts (3) in the final drive carrier.
