Install the engine lifting brackets. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Lifting Bracket - Remove and Install".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Raise the engine in order to position suitable cribbing under the engine. The weight of the 3608 Engine is approximately 20400 kg (45000 lb).
Remove bolts (1) from the base.
Remove mounting isolator (2) from the base. The weight of mounting isolator (2) is approximately 86 kg (190 lb).Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
