(1)Radiators
Use caution when removing radiator filler cap. Remove filler cap slowly to relieve pressure. Steam can cause personal injury.
Never add coolant to an overheated engine; allow engine to cool first.
Tractor
1. Remove radiator cap slowly. Maintain coolant level to 1/2 inch (1 cm) of bottom of fill pipe.2. Inspect filler cap seal. Replace if damaged.3. Install radiator cap.Scraper
1. Remove radiator cap slowly to relieve pressure. Maintain coolant level to within 1/2 inch (1 cm) of bottom of fill pipe.2. Inspect cap seal for damage. Replace if necessary.3. Install cap.(2)Air Inlet Screens
To avoid possible personal injury, never service air cleaner with engine running.

1. Inspect screen for accumulation of dust and debris. Remove and clean cap and screen if necessary. 2. If screen is removed, inspect precleaner tube openings for dirt.3. Remove and clean body if necessary.4. Install body, screen and cap.Scraper

Machine level, bowl lowered, with slight down pressure, and parking brake set. Oil level can be measured.... 1. ...before starting. Level must be in SAFE STARTING RANGE on ENGINE STOPPED side of dipstick, or...2. ...with engine warm and running. Maintain level between ADD and FULL marks on ENGINE RUNNING side of dipstick.(4)Scraper Engine Crankcase
Machine level, bowl lowered, with slight down pressure, and parking brake set. Oil level can be measured... 1. ...before starting. Level must be above FULL mark on dipstick, or...2. ...with engine warm and running. Maintain level between ADD OIL and FULL marks on dipstick.(5)Tractor And Scraper Air Reservoirs
1. Loosen 3 tractor air reservoir bleed plugs and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Tighten plugs. 2. Loosen scraper air reservoir bleed plug and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Tighten plug.(6)Push Plate
Apply grease to tractor push plate contact surface.(7)Tractor Fuel Tank
Open drain valve and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Close valve.(8)Scraper Fuel Tank
Open drain valve and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Close valve.
