4 1 311-9321 Wiper Seal Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Before assembly, apply Loctite 648 to the wiper seal groove.
B 1 521-8413 Bulldozer Tilt Cylinder Bore is 266.75 0.10 mm (10.502 0.004 inch).
C 1 112-4055 Rod As Diameter is 101.550 0.038 mm (3.9980 0.0015 inch).
D 1 164-6497 Head Bore over two lands is 101.88 0.03 mm (4.011 0.001 inch).
6 1 7J-9250 Locknut Use the following procedure for installation of the locknut:
1. Use a clean rag and an appropriate cleaner to remove debris from the threads of both the rod and the locknut.
2. Do not apply Loctite 2760 to the length (A) of first five threads of the 112-4055 Rod As.
3. Before assembly, apply red Loctite 2760 to the threads of the 112-4055 Rod As in the shape of the triangle (5) with a base length of 25.4 mm (1.00 inch) after first five threads of the 112-4055 Rod As.
4. Torque to 8500 200 N m (6270 150 lb ft)
4. Remove any excess Loctite 2760.
5. Allow the 112-4055 Rod As to cure for at least one hour before continuing with the process.
7 1 316-6386 Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Gp Before assembly, lubricate the threads.
Torque to 700 70 N m (516 52 lb ft).
