Attach two 437-5528 Lift As., four 193-5474 Shackle and a suitable lifting device at the four specified lifting locations on the chassis.

Once the rear axle has been assembled onto the chassis, move the rear metal support stand under the rear axle.

If using cribbing, the cribbing is to only be used for the initial unloading of the chassis. The chassis must be placed onto metal support stands before any assembly of major components.

Carefully lower the chassis onto suitable cribbing or metal stands.Note: The wood blocks that are shown in Illustration ***#i06717061/i06717061.x*** are approximately 203 mm (8.0 inch) by 203 mm (8 inch). The wood blocks are stacked alternately. A suitable metal stand can be used under the rear of the frame.Note: 1320 mm (52 inch) is the height that is required to install the rear tires.Note: 1600 mm (63 inch) is the height that is required to install the front tires.Flow Chart
