Install lip seal (27).

Position mount (21) and hitch (22). Install pin (17) and bolts (16).
Install pin assembly (19).
Use center bolt (16A) to pull pins (17) and (19) together.

Measure the gap at (X1) and (X2), record as Dimension (V). Divide Dimension (V) by 2. Record the average gap as Dimension (U). The required shim thickness is (Dimension (U) + 0.00 - 0.20 mm (+ 0.000 - 0.008 inch)).

Install shims (20) and pin assembly (19). Install bolts (18) and bolt (16A).

Install sensor assembly (14) and bolts (15).

Use a suitable lifting device, Tooling (C) and Tooling (D) to position articulating hitch (9). The weight of articulating hitch (9) is approximately 340 kg (750 lb). Place suitable cribbing in articulating hitch (9) to prevent rotation.

Install bolts (13).

Connect harness assembly (12).

Secure Tooling (B) to articulating hitch (9). Position rear frame (10) as shown.

Install bolts (11). Tighten bolts (11) evenly in order to keep an even gap on the right and left side of articulating hitch (9). A gap will exist on each side of articulation hitch (9) and rear frame (10).

Connect harness assemblies (8).

Install bracket assembly (5).
Connect harness assembly (6) and hose assemblies (7).
Repeat Steps 18 through 19to the other side of machine.

Connect clip (4).
Connect hose assembly (3).
