Attach Tooling (A), a suitable lifting device, lifting chains, and pin (2) to each side of mixing chamber (1). Raise the mixing chamber. Install the mixing chamber on rotor assembly (9). The weight of the mixing chamber without the rotor is approximately 4082 kg (9000 lb).Note: The rotor assembly must be in the twelve o'clock position.Note: Pins (2) are used to connect the rotor lift cylinder to the chain case.
Install bolts (10) on both sides of rotor (9). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 858 27 N m (633 20 lb ft).

Raise the mixing chamber and the rotor. The weight of the mixing chamber and the rotor is approximately 7940 kg (17500 lb). Install suitable wood blocks under the mixing chamber and lower the mixing chamber.
Repeat Step 3 until the rotor is off of the floor.
Rotate rotor (9), as shown. Install plate assembly (7) and bolts (8) on both sides of the rotor.

Install suitable wood blocks under door (5). Lower the door on the wood blocks. Remove Tooling (B) and the lifting sling from the door and the top of the mixing chamber.
Install cylinder (3) and bolts (4) .
Close door (6) .End By: Install the mixing chamber. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Mixing Chamber - Install".
