Park the machine on a hard, level surface.

Remove panel (1) .

Position suitable cribbing in order to support track assembly (2). This will keep any compression from the track adjusters.
Release the tension on the track assembly. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Adjustment - Adjust".

Remove track guide guards (3) .

Remove bar (4) in order to not block the removal of the hydraulic track adjuster.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic track adjuster (6). The weight of hydraulic track adjuster (6) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).
Remove two bolts (5) (not shown).
Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to lower hydraulic track adjuster (6) into position between rollers (7). Remove hydraulic track adjuster (6) .
