Select the "Factory Setup". Press the "OK" button. Enter the factory password 0573 and press OK.

Select the "Front Diff Default (FP)". Press the "OK" button.

Activate the front differential lock. Use the arrow keys to adjust the milliamp value until the pressure gauge reads the correct value. Press the "OK" button.
Return to the operator screen. Deactivate the front differential lock.
Shut off the engine. Remove the pressure gauge. Install the cover. Remove the frame lock.Test Procedure Rear Differential Lock

The test procedure requires two people to perform the test.

Location of the Rear Manifold
The rear manifold is located under the cab.ReferenceRefer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for instructions to tilt the cab.

Location of Pressure Tap (1) Pressure tap for the rear differential lock.Note: The pressure tap for the rear differential lock is located on the rear manifold.
Remove the protective cap from pressure tap (1) in order to test the oil pressure of the rear differential lock. Connect the 6900 kPa (1000 psi) pressure gauge (AA) .
Look at the pressure gauge. Before the engine is started, the oil pressure must be 0 kPa (0 psi).
Close the cab door. Press arming button (2) to activate the machine functions.

Start the engine and allow the hydraulic oil to reach normal operating temperature and normal operating pressure.

Press the rear differential lock button to activate the rear differential lock and look at the pressure gauge.
If the rear differential lock pressure is not in the correct range and the accumulator is functioning correctly, then use the IQAN monitor to adjust the pressure. If the pressure is correct, shut off the machine. Remove the pressure gauge. Lower the cab.Adjust Procedure Rear Differential Lock
The adjust procedure requires two people to perform the adjustment.
Leave the pressure gauge hooked up.
