Remove bolts (2), and support (2).

Attach a suitable lifting device to exhaust elbow (5). The weight of exhaust elbow (5) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb).
Remove clamps (3), bolts (4), and bolts (6).
Remove exhaust elbow (5).

Attach a suitable lifting device exhaust elbow (9). The weight of exhaust elbow (5) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb).
Remove clamps (7), bolts (8), and bolts (10).Note: Do not re use clamps (7).
Remove exhaust elbow (9).Note: Clamps (3), clamps (7), and the bellows between the exhaust elbows and the high-pressure turbochargers are one time use only. Discard when removed.Installation Procedure
Install exhaust elbow (5), and exhaust elbow (9) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads and bearing surfaces of bolts (6)
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of clamps (7).
Tighten clamps (7) to a torque of 17 2 N m (13 2 lb ft).
