Install the washer (27).
Install the upper brass fitting (26).
Turn over the housing.

Install the lower brass fitting (25).

Install the cover (23), the shaft, and the diaphragm as a unit.

Install the twelve bolts (24) in the housing (23). Note: Use care when you install the spring in the housing. The spring is under pressure.

Install the retainer (21) and spring (22). Note: Ensure that the threaded retainer is tightened to the proper position.

Check the gasket for damage. If necessary, replace the gasket. Install the housing (19) and the gasket.
Install the four bolts (20).
Turn over the gas pressure regulator.

Install the fitting (18).

Install the washer (16) and the spring (17).

Install the housing (14).
Install the eight bolts (15).

Assemble the element assembly (8).

Install the body (7) in the element assembly (8).

Tighten the adjusting screw. Note: Ensure that the adjusting screw is returned to the original position.
Tighten the jam nut (2).
