1. Disconnect fuel injection line (1) from the valve to be removed. Put covers over the openings to keep dirt and foreign material out of the fuel system.2. Remove nut (2) that holds the fuel injection valve in the precombustion chamber.3. Remove the fuel injection valve. Remove the nozzle from the body.Install Fuel Injection Valves
1. Install nozzle (1) on body (2). Tighten the nozzles with fingers only.2. Install the fuel injection valve in its precombustion chamber. 3. Install nut (3). Tighten the nut to a torque of 105 5 lb.ft. (142.4 6.8 N m).4. Connect fuel line (4) to the valve. Tighten the nut on the fuel injection line to a torque of 30 5 lb.ft. (40.7 6.8 N m) with tool (A).
