Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use a suitable lifting device and position heat exchanger (17) on the side of the engine. The weight of the heat exchanger is approximately 32 kg (71 lb).
Install the washers and bolts (16) that fasten heat exchanger (17) to the engine.
Reconnect vent lines (18) to heat exchanger (17) .

Install the washers and bolts (13) that fasten the heat exchanger to the engine.
Install the hoses on the heat exchanger and tighten clamps (14) and (15) .

Install the washers and bolts (11) that hold bracket (12) and clamps (10) in position on the heat exchanger.
Install hose (8) and tighten hose clamps (9) .

Position cooler (7) on the heat exchanger.
Install clips (6), the washers, and bolts (5) that hold cooler (7) on the heat exchanger.
Install hose (2) and hose (4) on the necks of the heat exchanger.
Tighten hose clamps (3) and hose clamp (1) on the neck of the heat exchanger.
Install the transmission lines on the cooler.
