ACTION REQUIRED
In the event of wiper seal detachment from one of the lift cylinders or the tilt cylinder, replace the existing hydraulic cylinder head.
Refer to UENR1483, Disassembly and Assembly, for specific instructions on lift or tilt cylinder removal, disassembly, assembly, and installation.
The new hydraulic cylinder heads are drilled and tapped to accommodate bolts and washers to retain the wiper seal. Refer to Images1 and 2 for the list of required parts for each hydraulic cylinder group.
