1 32 7T-9311 Cartridge Pin Assembly Coat the bores of cartridge pin assembly with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize before installation.
The end of the cartridge pin with the larger diameter must be installed next to the cover. The end of the pin with the large diameter may be marked with an "X" or the end of the pin with the large diameter may be marked with a 4.8 mm (0.189 inch) hole. The hole or "X" mark must be on top of the vertical centerline or on the bottom of the vertical centerline. This end of the cartridge pin must be even with the outside surface of the major bogie.
Assemble the cartridge pin assembly so that the outer collar of the cartridge pin assembly is flush with the face of the counterbore. After installation, the cartridge pin assembly can be recessed up to a maximum of 0.25 mm (0.010 inch) from the face of the counterbore.
C - - Extension of the cartridge pin assembly is 5.0 0.5 mm (0.20 0.02 inch).
2 16 261-8287 Minor Bogie Assemble the minor bogie with words "This Side Out" towards the outside of the major bogies.
3 32 8T-8927 Bolt Torque to 1125 50 N m (830 37 lb ft).
