Install radiator hose (26). Install bolt (24) in the hose clamp. Install hose clamp (25). Tighten hose clamp (25) to 12 1 N m (9 1 lb ft).

Connect hose (23) and tighten clamp (22). Connect hose (21) and tighten clamp (20) .

Place governor control cable (18) in position. Install nut (17). Tighten nut (17) to a torque of 2.25 0.25 N m (20 2 lb in). Tighten nut (19) .

Connect wires (14) and (15). Install tie-wrap (16) .

Connect connectors (11) and (12). Install tie-wrap (13) .

Connect wire (10). Install tie-wrap (9) .

Remove the block underneath the engine mounting bracket.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the bumper. Place the bumper into position on the machine. Weight of the bumper is 32 kg (70 lb).

Install two bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).

Install bolts (7) and (6). Tighten bolts (7) and (6) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).

Install the nut and bolt (5). Tighten bolt (5) to a torque of 70 10 N m (52 7 lb ft).

Reconnect hose (3) and hose (4) to the pump.

Remove the tape from the positive terminal of the battery. Connect the positive terminal (1) of the battery. Lower the cover on the positive terminal of the battery.
Remove the tape from the negative terminal of the battery. Connect the negative terminal (2) of the battery. Lower the cover on the negative terminal of the battery.End By:
Tilt the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab Tilt".
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
Install the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install".
