Drill three 6.6 mm (0.25 inch) holes for the installation of grill (5) .Note: Mark the location of the bolt holes on the machine per the dimensions that are provided in Illustration 29. Then, place the grill in position on the machine and check the location of the bolt holes for accuracy, as shown. See Illustration 30.

Install grill (5). Secure the bottom flange of the grill with two bolts (14), four hard washers (17), and two locknuts (15). Secure the rear side of the grill with one bolt (18), two hard washers (17), and one locknut (15). See Illustration 31.

Install grill (2) on the left side of the canopy. Secure the grill with three bolts (16), three hard washers (17), and three locknuts (15). See Illustration 32.Note: Use the bolt holes that were used for the 218-6434 Plate . Refer to Step 1.Installing the 297-2584 Grill As

Remove the two bolts (V), the two hard washers (W), the two nuts (X), and plate (Z) from the right side of the canopy. Discard these components. See Illustration 34.

Assemble gasket (10) and gasket (11) to grill (3). Secure the gaskets to the grill with two plates (4) and four screws (13). See Illustration 35.Note: Apply thread lock compound (23) to the threads of the four screws (13) .

Place grill (3) in position on the right side of the canopy. Align the bolt holes in the front edge of the grill with the bolt holes in the canopy. Then, mark the location of the two bolt holes in the top edge of grill (3) onto the canopy. See Illustration 36.Place grill (3) aside.
Drill a 6.6 mm (0.25 inch) hole at the two locations that were marked onto the canopy.

Place grill (3) in position. Secure the grill to the canopy with four bolts (16), eight hard washers (17), and four locknuts (15). See Illustration 37.
