The hydraulic control valve may become overheated if the bucket is operated continuously under relief conditions.
Cycle all controls in order to allow warm hydraulic oil to circulate through all hydraulic cylinders and through all hydraulic lines.When you idle the machine for warm up, heed the following recommendations:
If the temperature is greater than 0° C (32° F), warm up the engine for approximately 15 minutes.
If the temperature is less than 0° C (32° F), warm up the engine for approximately 30 minutes.
If the temperature is less than − 18°C (0°F) or if hydraulic functions are sluggish, additional time may be required.Cold Oil Machine Derate
When the hydraulic oil is less then 0° C (32.° F), the machine will be locked into speed range 1 and the hystat response will be slow/less aggressive. Once the hydraulic oil warms up above 5° C (41.° F), the speed range will return to the previous setting and the hystat aggressiveness will return to the previous setting/normal state.Note: The machine may accelerate in speed once the oil warms up and the speed range is no longer locked to speed range 1.
