PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Park the machine on level ground, lower all the implements to the ground, shut machine off, and relieve all hydraulic system pressure. Refer to SEBU8708, D10T2 Track-Type Tractor, Operation and Maintenance Manual, and KENR5638, D10T2 Track-Type Tractor Machine Systems, Disassembly and Assembly, for more information.
2. Enter the Cab of D10T2 Track-Type Tractor. Remove the 361-9746 Floor Mat Assembly (A) and 341-2315 Floor Plate Assembly (B) to gain access to the tractor manhole located underneath the module assembly. See Image 1.2.1.

3. Enter manhole with flashlight and identify the 380-1245 and 380-1246 High Speed Oil Hoses clipping point on the 514-0942 Bracket Assembly located on LH ROPS Support Assembly. See Image 1.3.1.

4. Remove the 8T-4136 Bolt (C) that is securing the high speed oil hoses to the bracket assembly. The bolt will not be reused. See Image 1.4.1.

5. Add a 091-9035 Spacer (D) between existing 9D-1829 High Speed Oil Hose Clip and bracket assembly. Secure using an 8T-4182 Bolt (E) and tighten to correct specification. This will provide acceptable clearance between High Speed Oil Hoses and the 510-9952 Wire Harness Assembly. See image 1.5.1.

6. Exit tractor manhole and reinstall the 341-2315 Floor Plate Assembly. Tighten the bolts to the correct torque specification.
7. Reinstall the 361-9746 Floor Mat Assembly to complete rework.
