A 138-7573 Link Brackets 2 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to main hydraulic pump (27). The weight of main hydraulic pump (27) is approximately 234 kg (515 lb). Position main hydraulic pump (27). Install bolts (26).

Install support (25). Install bolts (24). Position panel (23).

Install the elbow assembly (21). Tighten clamps (22). Install bolts (19). Install support (16). Connect hose assemblies (18), (17), and (20).

Install fitting (15). Install filter assemblies (13) and (12). Connect hose assemblies (14) and (10). Connect harness assemblies (11).

Install panels (9). Position brace (7). Install bolts (8).

Install support (6). Install bolts (5). Position door (4). Install bolts (3). Install bracket (2).

Install panel (1). Close the hood.
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change". End By:
Install the bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Bottom Guards - Remove and Install".
