Install orifice plug (20) into spool (15).

Install ball (17), spring (18), and retainer (19) into spool (15).

Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (16) onto spool (15).

Install spool (15) into relief valve (1).

Install spring (13) and stop (14).

Install O-ring seal (12) to relief valve (1).

If necessary, install bolt (11) into cover (10). Be sure to install bolt (11) at the recorded length from the disassembly.

Position cover (10) to relief valve (1). Install bolts (9). Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (8) to adjustment cover (7).

Position adjustment cover (7) and install bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).

Install slug (5) into relief valve (1).

Install O-ring seal (4) onto plug (3).

Install plug (3). Tighten plug (3) to a torque of 225 15 N m (165 11 lb ft).

Install fittings (2) and the O-ring seals to relief valve (1). Tighten fittings (2) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft). End By:
