This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3283" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3283" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

A locking collar needs to be added to the connecting link between the APS concave frame and the main threshing concave frame on certain Lexion 450, Lexion 460, Lexion 465, Lexion 480, and Lexion 485 Combines. Presently, only a cotter key on the lower pin retains the link. The collar was added to the upper pin for additional retention of the concave linkage.

Rework Procedure
173-3143 Concave Sup. Kit
Consists of:
- Lift up and secure feeder house assy (Support).- Open stone guard.- Open door of preparation floor.- Check cotter pins of concave linkage for any damage and replace, if necessary.- Install new set collars 173-3144 with new set screw 147-9002.- Reassemble machine again.
