A new module is available for engines that have the 172-6401 Junction Box option. The 172-6401 Junction Box is a standby pump panel, which can monitor pressure in the lube system, the fuel system, and the cooling system. If a loss of pressure is detected, the standby pump panel can provide signals for automatic starting to the following standby pumps: the oil pump, the fuel pump, the jacket water pump, the aftercooler/oil cooler pump and the sea water pump.
