Removal Procedure
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.

Remove two bolts (2), six washers (3), and two nuts (4) in order to remove link rod (5) from exhaust extension (1) and window guard (6) .

Remove four bolts (7) and four washers (8) in order to remove radiator guard (9) from the right side of the machine.

Remove two bolts (10), four washers (11) and two nuts (12) which secure bracket (13) to support (14). Remove exhaust extension (1) .Installation Procedure

Position exhaust extension (1) and align bracket (13) with support (14) before installing two bolts (10), four washers (11) and two nuts (12) .

Install radiator guard (9), four bolts (7), and four washers (8) to the right side of the machine.

Loosen two locknuts (15). Turn nut (16) in order to adjust link rod (5) and achieve initial dimension (A). Initial dimension (A) is 147 mm (5.78 inch). Tighten two locknuts (15) .
