Installation Procedure

Install heater coil (23) in the original position.
Install new seals (25). Install bolts (26) on both ends of the heater coil.
Connect hoses (24) on the heater coil and tighten the hose clamps. Tighten the hose clamps to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N m (40 4 lb in).

Install capillary tube (22) in evaporator coil (21) between the second row and the third row. Insert the capillary tube to a depth of 230 10 mm (9.1 0.4 inch).

Install gaskets (20) .

Open valves (19) .

Position cover (16) and install bolts (17) and bolts (18) .

Position cable (14) on the valve and install clip (15) .
Install the retainer and screw (13) .

Install alarm (11) and bolt (12). Connect harness assembly (10) .

Install air filter (9) and control knobs (8) .

Install rubber storage compartment (7) .

Install cover (5) and bolts (6) .
Install the insulation and the floormat on the cab floor.

Install storage compartment (3) and screws (4) .
