start by:a) remove oil panb) remove radiator and guardc) remove fan drived) remove sound baffle groupe) remove alternatorf) remove vibration damper 1. Install tooling (A) on the bottom of the cylinder block as shown.2. Put tooling (B) in position under tooling (A) as shown. 3. Remove four bolts (1) that hold the engine front support to the frame.4. Use tooling (B) to lift the front of the engine until the front support is approximately .25 in. (6.35 mm) above the frame. Install tool (C) to hold tooling (B) in position. 5. Remove bolts (2). Remove engine front support (3). 6. Remove bolts (5) that hold the trunnion to the timing gear cover. Remove trunnion (4).Install Engine Front Support
1. Install trunnion (1) on the timing gear cover. 2. Put engine front support (2) in position on the trunnion. Install the bolts that hold it to the trunnion.3. Remove tool (C). Lower the engine front support on to the frame. Remove tooling (B) and (A).
