Install seal (22). Raise the temperature of bearing race (23). Install bearing race (23) .
Turn hub (20) over and install sleeve bearing (21) .
Use a suitable lifting device and Tooling (E) to install hub (20) .

Install plate (19) and retaining ring (18) .

Turn turbine (16) over and install roll pins (17) .
Install turbine (16). Install washer plate (15) and bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 80 10 N m (59 7 lb ft).

Use a suitable lifting device and Tooling (D) to install clutch assembly (12). The weight of clutch assembly (12) is approximately 140 kg (310 lb). Install bolts (13). Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 105 20 N m (77 14 lb ft).

Use suitable cribbing to support output shaft (7). Remove Tooling (C) .
Install bearing race (11). Install spring washer (10) and retaining plate (9) .
Install bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 100 20 N m (73 14 lb ft).

Install pilot (6). Install bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 100 20 N m (73 14 lb ft).

Install seals (4) .
Use a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to install adapter (2). The weight of adapter (2) is approximately 40 kg (90 lb).
Install bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 105 20 N m (77 14 lb ft).

Using a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) remove torque converter from Tooling (B). The weight of torque converter (1) is approximately 367 kg (810 lb).End By: Install the torque converter.
