Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the cab.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. thoroughly clean the exterior of the component before the disassembly procedure. Cleaning will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. Plugging helps to prevent fluid loss and helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Note: The transmission hydraulic control relief valve is located on the left rear side of the transmission housing.
Disconnect hose assemblies (1) .
Remove bolts (2) and transmission hydraulic control relief valve (3) .
Remove torque converter inlet relief valve (4) and the O-ring seal.
Start By:
