A FT-2674 Vacuum Cap 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install O-ring seals (9) and (10).

Position counterbalance valve (8) on the travel motor. Install bolts (7).

If necessary, replace the O-ring seals in the hose assemblies.
Install hose assemblies (4), (5), and (6).

Position guard assembly (3) and install bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 130 10 N m (96 7 lb ft).

Remove Tooling (A). Install the cap onto the hydraulic tank.

Install cover (1).
Check the hydraulic oil level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
