Lower the temperature of sleeve bearing (14) and install a new sleeve bearing in each of the sheave assemblies. After installation of the sleeve bearings, the inside diameter of the sleeve bearings must be 82.514 0.075 mm (3.2486 0.0030 inch).

Put yoke assembly (13) in position on plate (12) .
Put pin (10) in plate assembly (11). Install washer (12) .

Install sheave assembly (9) and washer (8) .

Install plate assembly (7), sheave assembly (6) and washer (5) .

Install plate assembly (2). Put spacer (4) in position and install two bolts (1) and two bolts (3) .
Put lubricant in the bearings. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7109, "Sheave Block Bearings - Lubricate".End By: Install the lower sheave block.
