1. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect breather tube (1).2. Loosen the rod assemblies and remove cup (2).3. Remove the primary filter element from the air cleaner housing. 4. Remove the bolts and valve cover (3) from the engine.Install Valve Cover
1. Install a new gasket for valve cover if needed. Put 5H2471 Cement on the gasket and on valve cover when a new gasket is installed. 2. Put valve cover (1) in position on the cylinder head. 3. Install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 11 3 N m (96 24 lb.in.) in the number sequence shown.4. Put the primary filter element in position in the housing. 5. Put cup (3) in position on the housing and install rod assemblies.6. Connect the breather tube to hose (2) and tighten the hose clamp.end by:a) install water temperature regulator
