IDLER GP-TRACK 6Y2034 - Caterpillar

1. Remove three screws and plate (1) from the door. 2. Pull insulation (6) away from the door as shown.3. Loosen the setscrew and remove handle (3). Remove the nuts from the back of latch (7). Then remove bolts (4), latch (7), the washers and plate (2) as a unit. Keep the washers for reference during installation. Plate (5) can be removed only when outside handle is removed. 4. Remove the screws and nuts from the handle. Remove handle (8) and plate (5) from the door.Install Door Latch
1. Put plate (2) in position and install handle (1) on the door. 2. Install plate (4), the washers, latch (6) and bolts (3) as a unit.3. Put handle (5) on the shaft as shown and tighten setscrew. 4. Put the insulation in position and install plate (7).5. Close the door and make sure the latch is correctly adjusted.
