Removal Procedure
Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Connect the steering frame lock.
Remove the crankcase guard.

Open grill (2). Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Remove shield assemblies (1) .

Remove tube (5), tube hump (4), and elbow (3) .

Disconnect hose (6) .

Remove tube assembly (7) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (10) and (11). Remove support (8). Remove bonnet (9) and the flange.

Attach a suitable lifting device to transmission oil cooler core (12). The weight of transmission oil cooler core (12) is approximately 52 kg (115 lb).

Disconnect tube assembly (14). Remove bolts (13). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove transmission oil cooler core (12) .Installation Procedure
Install transmission oil cooler core (12) in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
Tighten the clamps for tube hump (4) to a torque of 7.5 1.0 N m (66.38 8.85 lb in).
