Introduction
This procedure is used to release the parking brakes, and supply oil pressure to the service brakes when pilot oil pressure is not available.Required Tools

(H) Tooling (1) PlugPreparation
Connect plug (1) of Tooling (H) to the machine's 24 VDC power supply.Note: The machine batteries must be charged fully in order to operate the portable hydraulic pump. If battery charge is low, connect to an external 24 VDC power supply.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
Turn the engine start switch to the ON position.
Depress the service brake pedal at least 25 times to release the oil pressure from the brake hydraulic system.
Move the joystick control lever several times through the full range of travel to release any pressure in the implement pilot circuits.
Move the STIC steering control several times in both directions to release any pressure in the steering hydraulic system.
Press and hold the breaker relief valve to release any pressure in the hydraulic tank.

Remove the caps from quick connect coupler (2) and quick connect coupler (3). Connect the hydraulic hoses from the portable hydraulic pump to couplers (2) and (3) .Procedure

Using menu button (6), navigate to the service option screen. Access the "Transmission Pressure Override" mode on monitor display window (4). Disable the transmission oil pressure sensor. ReferenceRefer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Monitoring System " for more information.

(8) Position switch for portable hydraulic pump
Position switch (8) (from the portable hydraulic pump) inside the operator station.
Press and hold switch (8) in the ON position to activate the portable hydraulic pump. Brake accumulator oil pressure indicator will go out when the braking system has full oil pressure.Note: Operation of the switch should only take place from inside the operator station. Observe brake indicators and gauges (if equipped) while operating the portable hydraulic pump.
When the braking system has full oil pressure, move parking brake control (5) to the OFF position to disengage the parking brake. Hold switch (8) in the ON position until parking brake indicator (7) on the Monitoring System panel goes out. The parking brake is now disengaged.Note: The service brakes can be used to stop the machine when the machine has brake oil pressure. Use the service brakes to control the machine when the machine is being towed.Note: Using the
