Inside right rear mudguard

Remove and discard hose assembly (1), three clamp assemblies (2), the bolts, the washers, and the O-ring seals. Retain the flanges for assembly purposes.
Remove and discard one bolt (5) and one washer (6).
Steps 3(a) through 3(e) are for R3000H machines only.

Remove and retain clip assemblies (7).
Move hoses (8) out of the way and cover with fireproof material.

Remove and retain tapping block (10).Note: If tapping block (10) is not usable after removal, fabricate a new one. Refer to Illustration 9 in "Drawings" at the end of this document.

(B) 91 mm (3.9 inch)
Install tapping block (10), removed in previous step. Use a 6 mm (0.25 inch) fillet weld top and bottom.

Remove fireproof cover from hoses (8) and install clip assemblies (7), removed in Step (a).
