PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
For disassembly and assembly procedures, refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, RENR4868.
1. Unbolt the cab.
2. Remove the drive pilot valve console cover.
3. Pull a vacuum on the hydraulic tank to minimize loss of oil.
4. Disconnect the pilot hoses at the pilot control valve and cap.
5. Remove the drive pilot valve from the mounting bracket.
6. Remove all pilot hose fittings from the bottom of the resolver block. Store and protect for reuse.
7. Remove the backup alarm switch (or plug if backup alarm option is not installed). Store and protect for reuse.
8. Remove the resolver block from the pilot valve.

9. Install a new 343-0877 Valve Group - Shuttle (B) and replace the seals using the 151-4965 Seal Kit. Verify that o-rings are properly seated and use an alignment pin to assure ports are correctly aligned.
10. Tighten the valve group - shuttle B retention bolt for 343-0877 to a torque of 18 +/-2 Nm.
11. Reinstall the hose fittings to the ports on the resolver block and tighten to a torque of 48 +5/-0 Nm.
12. Reinstall the 192-0836 Backup Alarm Switch and tighten to a torque of 25 +3/-0 Nm. If the backup alarm option is not present, reinstall the plug and tighten to a torque of 33 +/-3 Nm.
13. Reinstall the pilot valve in the bracket. Tighten the three M6x1 cap screws to a torque of 12 +/-3 Nm.
14. Reconnect the supply and pilot hoses and tighten to a torque of 25 +3/-0 Nm.
15. Reconnect the tank hose and tighten to a torque of 55 +5/-0 Nm.
16. Fill the hydraulic system to replace the amount of oil lost during rework.
17. Test for leaks.
a. Clean off any residual oil remaining from the repair.
b. Start the engine and warm the oil.
c. Cycle the park brake 10 times.
d. Operate the machine for approximately 5 minutes, being sure to steer in all directions.
e. Observe for any leaks.
18. Sample oil for cleanliness. If the ISO count is greater than 18/15, the fluid should be brought into specification.
19. Reinstall the pilot valve console cover and tighten the screws to a torque of 6 +/-1 Nm.
20. Bolt down the cab. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 125 +15/-0 Nm.
