Carefully install rotor assembly (23) using Tooling (E) and (F). The weight of rotor assembly (23) is approximately 137 kg (302 lb).

Install plate (22) into the rotor assembly. Install bolts (21) and tighten to a torque of 14 3 N m (10 2 lb ft).

Raise the temperature of bearing (20) and install onto shaft (17).

Install shaft (17) using Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device.

Lubricate lock nut (19), plate (18), and shaft (17) with oil. Install lock nut (19). Use Tooling (J) to achieve a torque of 170 30 N m (125 22 lb ft). Advance lock nut (19) and install the lock bolt. Tighten the lock bolts to a torque of 2.3 0.5 N m (20 4. lb in).
Install plate (18) and tighten the bolts to a torque of 38 14 N m (28 10 lb ft). Remove suitable lifting device and Tooling (D) from shaft (17).

Install gear (16).
Install retainer (15) and tighten the bolts to a torque of 16 4 N m (142 35 lb in).

Install pump drive housing (14) using Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and a suitable lifting device. The weight of pump drive housing (14) is approximately 161 kg (355 lb).
Install bolts (13) and tighten to a torque of 136 27 N m (100 20 lb ft).

Connect cable assemblies (12) and tighten to a torque of 38 9 N m (28 7 lb ft).

Install gear (11).
Install retainer (10) and tighten the bolts to a torque of 16 4 N m (12 3 lb ft).

Install bearing (9). Install gear assembly (8).

Install gear (7) and tighten the bolts to a torque of 75 14 N m (55 10 lb ft).
