4 48 186-0144 Bolt Use the following procedure in order to tighten counterweight bolts:
1. Install the counterweight with the heavy side toward the rod.
2. Apply 4C-5591 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads and seating surfaces of bolts (4) and bolts (5).
3. Seat the counterweight by tightening bolt (5) first to 1500 100 N m (1106 74 lb ft).
4. Tighten bolts (4) to 1500 100 N m (1106 74 lb ft).
5. Loosen bolts (4) and bolts (5).
6. Again seat the counterweight by tightening bolt (5) first to 320 30 N m (236 22 lb ft).
7. Tighten bolts (4) to 320 30 N m (236 22 lb ft).
8. Again, tighten the bolts (5) to 320 30 N m (236 22 lb ft).
9. Turn bolts (5) to additional angle of 120 5 degrees.
10. Turn bolts (4) to additional angle of 120 5 degrees.
