1. Remove the two bolts fastening cover (1). 2. Loosen bolt (2). 3. Remove cover (3) and element assembly (4) from the hydraulic tank. 4. Remove spiral lockring (5). Remove spacer (6) and six springs (7) from the cover. 5. Remove spiral lockring (8). Remove bolt (2) from the cover. Remove the O-ring seal from the bolt.6. Remove O-ring seal (9).7. Repeat Steps 3 through 7 for the other filter.Install Hydraulic Oil Filters
1. Install O-ring seal (1) on the bolt.2. Install bolt (2) in the cover. Install the spiral lockring that holds it. 3. Install O-ring seal (3) on the cover.4. Install six springs (4). Install the springs in pairs with the outside diameters in contact with each other.5. Install spacer (5) and spiral lockring (6) on the cover. 6. Install element assembly (7) and cover (8) on the hydraulic tank. 7. Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for the other filter. 8. Install cover (9).9. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level Refer to the R2900 L.H.D. Operation & Maintenance Manual, Form No. SEBU7319 (9EL9465) for the correct procedure.End by:a.
