Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.Note: Prior to installing a new or rebuilt brake accumulator, it is necessary to remove all the air from the nitrogen chamber of the accumulator. Refer to Systems Operation Testing and Adjusting, "Brake Accumulator - Test and Charge".

Install brake accumulators (2) in position.
Install the clamp assemblies. Install bolt (1). Install bolt (3) .
Connect hose assembly (4) .
Connect hose assembly (5) .
Charge the brake accumulators. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Braking Accumulator - Test and Charge".
Purge the air from the braking system. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Air - Purge".
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".End By: Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
