1. Remove bolts (1) that hold the seat group hinges to the sheet assembly.2. Put the latch assembly on the rear of the seat group in the "OPEN" position. Use two persons to remove seat group (2). The weight of the seat group is 100 lb. (45 kg).Install Seat Group
1. Use two persons to put seat group (1) in position. Install the bolts that hold the seat group hinges to the sheet assembly.2. Put the latch at the rear of the seat group in the "CLOSED" position.Disassemble Seat Group
start by:a) remove seat group 1. Remove four bolts (1). Remove seat assembly (2) from seat compartment assembly (3). The weight of the seat assembly is 50 lb. (23 kg). 2. Remove bolt (5). Remove cushion assembly (4) from each side of the seat compartment assembly. 3. Remove spring (6) from the latch assembly and seat compartment assembly. 4. Remove cotter pin (7). Remove pin (8), washers (10), and latch assembly (9) from the seat compartment assembly. 5. Remove two brackets (11). Remove cushion assembly (12) from the frame assembly. 6. Remove screws (13). Remove rod assembly (14) from the cushion assembly. 7. Remove spring (15) from the cushion assembly and frame assembly.8. Remove brackets (16). Remove cushion assembly (17) from the frame assembly. 9. Remove four nuts (18) that hold the rail assembly to the frame assembly. Remove rail assembly (20) from frame assembly (19). 10. Remove link assembly (21) from the rail assembly. 11. Remove bearings (22) from the link assembly. 12. Remove bearings (24) from channel assemblies (29).13. Use a hammer and punch to remove pins (27). Disconnect rod (26) from the right rail assembly. Remove the small rod from the left rail assembly.14. Remove pin and washer (25) and spring (23) from the rod. Remove rod (26) from the left rail assembly.15. Remove angle assemblies (29) from channel assemblies (28).Assemble Seat Group
1. Put angle assemblies (4) in position on channel assemblies (3).2. Install rod (1) in the right rail assembly. Install spring, washer and pin that hold the rod in position.3. Install the small rod in the left rail assembly. Put rod (1) in position in the left rail assembly. Use a hammer and punch to install pins (2) to hold the rods in position. 4. Install bearing (5) in each channel assembly. 5. Install bearings (6) on the link assembly. 6. Put link assembly (7) in position in the rail assembly. 7. Put rail assembly (8) in position on frame assembly (9). Install the nuts that hold it. 8. Put cushion assembly (10) in position on the frame assembly. Install brackets (12).9. Install spring (11) on the frame assembly and cushion assembly. 10. Install rod assembly (13) on the cushion assembly. 11. Put cushion assembly (14) in position on the frame assembly. Install the brackets that hold it. 12. Put latch assembly (15) in position in the seat compartment assembly. Install the cotter pin in the end of the pin. Install washer (16) on the
