Orange Indicator Light (2) - When the orange indicator light is on, the hydraulic attachment electronic controller is in the mode for the single action hydraulic attachment circuit (hydraulic hammer). The red indicator light could be on or off. The green indicator light must be on when the attachment is activated.
Red Indicator Light (3) - When the red indicator light is on, the hydraulic attachment electronic controller is in the HIGH FLOW position. If the red indicator light is off, the hydraulic attachment electronic controller is on the LOW FLOW position.
Green Indicator Light (4) - When the attachment is actuated, the green indicator light must be on. If the green indicator light is not on, stop actuating the attachment and consult your Caterpillar dealer. Single Action Hydraulic Attachment Circuit (If Equipped)
The single action hydraulic attachment circuit is capable of providing flow control from two pumps and single action for attachments such as hydraulic hammers. An electronic controller and an electronic switch are provided in the pilot circuit of the single action hydraulic attachment circuit.With the single action hydraulic attachment circuit, the operator can choose from two flow modes. The flow modes limit the maximum engine speed and pump flow. The flow modes are programmed into the electronic controller for each attachment. Consult your Caterpillar dealer if the flow rate needs to be changed for a different attachment.

Before you change the flow mode of the hydraulic attachment circuit, place the machine in the servicing position, as shown. Stop the engine.

The electronic switch is located on the right console.
Hydraulic Flow Rate - To change the hydraulic flow rate of the hydraulic circuit, press either side of this switch.
LOW FLOW Position - Press the left side of the switch for a low hydraulic flow rate.
HIGH FLOW Position - Press the right side of the switch
