Remove & Install Flywheel
Start By:a. remove engine 1. Fasten a hoist to tool (A). Install tool (A) to the flywheel.2. Remove bolts (1) that hold the flywheel to the crankshaft. Remove flywheel (2). The weight is approximately 65 Kg (145 lb). 3. Remove gear (3) from the flywheel if necessary.4. To install, heat gear to a maximum temperature of 315° C (600° F) and install it on the flywheel so the chamfer of the gear teeth will be toward the starter pinion when the flywheel is installed.5. Fasten tool (A) to flywheel (2). Fasten a hoist to the flywheel and put it in position on the dowel of the crankshaft.6. Put clean engine oil on the threads of the bolts that hold the flywheel to the crankshaft.7. Install the bolts and tighten them to a torque of 270 27 N m (200 20 lb ft).End By:a. install engine
