Note: First, program the injector trim files for the "Not Programmed" injectors. Refer to Illustration 1. Then, reprogram the injector trim files on the rest of the injectors. Refer to Illustration 1.
Restore the electrical power to the ECM.
Connect the ECM to the Cat® Electronic Technician (Cat ET) Service Tool.

Select the following options from the Cat ET menu in the following sequence: Service, Calibrations, and Injector Trim Calibration. Refer to Illustration 2.

Select the Injector with the "Not Programmed" value in the serial number and click on the "Change" button. Refer to Illustration 3.

Select the appropriate injector trim file from the PC and click on the "Open" button. Refer to Illustration 4.

(1) Four-digit injector confirmation code
When prompted, enter the injector confirmation code and click "OK". Refer to Illustrations 5 and 6. The injector trim file is now loaded into the ECM.
Repeat steps 3 through 6 again for each injector with the "Not Programmed" value in the serial number column.
Now, repeat 3 through 6 again for the rest of the injectors.
Turn off the electrical power to the ECM.
Restore the electrical power to the ECM.

Confirm that all injector trim files have been programmed in the ECM. Refer to Illustration 7.
