U-51 TT-3 1900 PS4589 This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4589" as Part Number, "7755" as Group Number, and "96" as Description Code. Although this program is to be administered on the Affected Product as described above, parts should be removed from parts stock as soon as possible. Termination Date

The 0R6188 Control Group (personality module) used on certain 460 Hp 3406B PEEC Engines may need to be replaced to increase clutch engagement torque.

**** Parts Stock **** Remove all 0R6188 Control Groups from parts stock. **** Affected Product **** 1. Remove the existing 0R6188 Control Group (personality module) and replace it with the 0R6269 Control Group. 2. Program Full Load Setting (FLS) and Full Torque Setting (FTS) to zero (0) and zero (0). 3. Program low idle to 700 RPM or higher.
